Deb's primary focus at Second Story Solutions has been to partner with clients to provide results-oriented on- and off-line marketing strategies and solutions for acquiring, retaining, communicating with, and engaging customers through e-mail/Web convergence technologies.

The result? Clients benefit from revenue growth through increased loyalty and satisfaction among their customers. Focusing on multi-channel user experiences, Deb and her team ensure that their client's customers have a fulfilling and enjoyable user experience across all touchpoints.

Prior to founding Second Story Solutions, Deb worked for more than a decade in Ernst & Young's Management Consulting Practice. Following E&Y, she headed-up web design/development and e-marketing efforts at a handful of local start-ups as well as Sapient Corp.

Deb has earned both a BBA and an MBA from Hofstra University. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Rocky Mountain Direct Marketing Association (RMDMA) and writes a monthly column entitled The ABCs of e for the RMDMA's newsletter. Deb is also an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and has earned a PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification.

When not sharpening her business and technical skills, you'll find Deb satisfying an incurable addiction to the game of golf.
